I am a full-stack product leader with experience in the full scope of the product lifecycle, from creating the product strategy to managing teams to deliver the roadmap and working with sales to sell the product effectively. In my career, I've started/built the product discipline in several midsized software companies and brought 3 startups to market. I've worked in 6 industries and multiple business models, but mostly B2B SaaS. In my fractional practice, I take a player/coach approach and follow process to help companies take to market driven product approach.

The team can support clients reactively in response to sudden resignations, but greater value comes from proactively addressing retirement, transition, and single-point-of-failure risks.

I'm a lifelong entrepreneur and leader who is passionate about good design, big ideas, and strong communities. I am most energized by work at the intersection of entrepreneurship, equity, and technology. I find the path from napkin to traction exhilarating and have traveled it multiple times personally and with clients. I hold a degree in Studio Art from Grinnell College and have spent the past 20 years mastering the art of business in leadership roles across Product, Sales, Finance, and Operations for organizations ranging from startups to public companies. I hold several patents, am a Minnesotan on the Move award recipient, and have served on non-profit boards including MetroIBA, St. Paul Central High School Foundation (Chair), and Unity Church-Unitarian (President).
